Welcome to the OAATS, Inc. website.
If you live in the Midwest and are interested in endurance riding,
competitive trail riding, or just enjoy pleasure riding we encourage you to
explore our site. If you are new to
distance riding or have never been to a competition you might want to visit our
"Newbie Page." You will find
detailed descriptions of the sports, training schedules, and information on what
to expect.
If you are just interested in pleasure riding we also have a wonderful
recreational riding program in which you and your horse can earn awards for just
doing what you love, spending time in the saddle.

suppliers.
OAATS, Inc. openly welcomes all breeds , however If you ride a registered
Arabian or Half-Arabian we are also an AHA affiliate club and would be happy to
provide your membership to AHA through our organization.

AHA Region 14 Pleasure Ride
August 15-16-17, 2008
The event will be held at Midwest
Trail Ride horsemen's camp in Norman, Indiana.
More information to follow once the arrangements are finalized.

Current Events:
~Rides for the 2008 season are posted! Ride flyers for these events will be posted as they are received.
~Also asking for volunteers to serve as mentors for new riders (newbies). We're getting quite a few requests for help from those new to the sport. If you have some time to help get someone started let us know. We'll get a list up shortly.
~The next Region 14 meeting will be held on March 22, 2008. The location is the Kings Island Resort and Conference Center near Cincinnati and is being held in conjunction with the First Annual Region 14 Awards.
